When do you release new watches for sale?

New watches are released every Saturday at 11AM PST. Be sure to follow our social media channels to stay informed about upcoming releases and be among the first to discover our latest arrivals.

What is the price range for your watches?

Our watches are designed to suit a variety of budgets. Generally, our watch prices span from $20 to $250, with most falling within the $65 to $110 range.

Do all your watches work?

Some watches are not running/tested. I always provide clear information in the description regarding whether a watch is running or not. While some watches may require a battery change, others might be too aged to repair. Personally, I like wearing watches for their style rather than timekeeping. I rely on my phone for that. 😉

What factors contribute to the pricing of your watches?

The pricing of our watches is influenced by multiple factors, including demand, rarity, brand reputation, the intricacy of the design, the uniqueness of each piece, and its overall condition. 

Where do you source your watches?

Our watches are sourced from various places, including secondhand stores, auctions, estate sales, etc.

Can I reserve a watch for purchase at a later time?

Unfortunately, we do not offer the option to reserve vintage watches for future purchase. Due to the unique nature of our collection, we operate on a first-come, first-served basis. We recommend making a timely purchase if you find a watch you love 💖

SHIPPING

Can I track my order during shipping?

Absolutely! Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information. This will allow you to monitor the progress of your package as it makes its way to you.

How long will it take to get my order?

3-5 business days to process and package it. Delivery time depends on your location and chosen shipping method during checkout. On average, you can expect your watch to arrive within 5-8 business days after processing. Keep in mind that these timeframes are approximate and may vary. On average, overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days.

What if my order is delayed or lost in transit?

While we work diligently to ensure timely and accurate deliveries, there may be instances where delays or unforeseen issues occur during transit. If you believe your order is experiencing a delay or if it appears to be lost, please contact us your local mail provider, as this issue is out of my hands.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes! Let me know if your country is not on the list and I'll see what I can do :)

Please note: Shipping times take longer. Also, you may have to buy customs fees when receiving the watch internationally.

What if my watch arrives damaged during shipping?

We understand that unforeseen incidents can occur during shipping. While we pack our watches with care to prevent damage, we cannot control mishaps that happen once the package leaves our hands. If you believe the damage occurred prior to shipping, please don't hesitate to contact us so we can work together to find a resolution.

What happens if I do not pick up/decline my item at customs?

Please ensure you're aware of any potential customs charges in your country before proceeding with your order. If you choose not to pay these fees, the package will be returned. Refunds for returned items may take over a month, as I must receive the item in its original condition before processing your refund. Please note, only the cost of the watch will be refunded; shipping costs cannot be refunded as they were used solely to purchase the shipping label (with no profit made).

What is your return policy?

All sales are consideredfinal, and returns are not accepted. Each listing provides detailed information about the functionality, length, and final sale status, along with any other necessary details. It's important to note that each watch is vintage or second-hand, so some signs of wear are to be expected. We provide unfiltered photos for your examination prior to making a purchase choice.

Can I exchange a vintage watch for a different one?

We do not offer exchanges for watches. Given the unique nature of each timepiece, we recommend carefully reviewing the detailed descriptions and photos provided for each watch before making your purchase. This will help ensure you choose a watch that meets your preferences and expectations.
